How much does renovating an apartment or house in Lisbon cost?
The cost depends on the condition of the property and the scope of work. Describe the job in the form and our manager will send an approximate cost and timeline within 30 minutes. After the assessment visit we refine the estimate and agree the contract terms.
Can I book a small repair, a plumber or an electrician on their own?
Yes. We do small household repairs, plumbing and electrical work separately from full renovations. You can come to us with one job or several.
What do you need from me for an estimate?
Describe what’s broken or what work you’re planning, and leave a phone number. If you can, mention the type of property and the rough scope. If anything needs clarifying, our manager will ask.
How much is the assessment visit?
A visit without any work carried out costs €50. It’s free if you sign a contract. On site, a specialist inspects the property and confirms the work needed to estimate cost and timing.
When can you start, and how long will the work take?
The start date depends on our team’s schedule, and the duration on the scope of work. We’ll discuss your preferred dates when you first contact us. After the assessment we agree the timeline and set it out in the contract.
